Housing. Hope. Humanity.

At Precision Acres, we believe that stable housing is not just a basic need – it's a foundation for transformation. We are a registered charity with a bold vision: to redefine supported housing across the UK by integrating deeply compassionate care with cutting-edge innovation.

Our homes are more than just places to live. They are launchpads for personal recovery, long-term independence, and lifelong dignity.

A Mission-Driven Charity With a New Vision for Supported Housing

Founded by professionals with deep roots in housing, social care, and mental health, Precision Acres CIO exists to serve those who are too often excluded from mainstream housing pathways. We are proud to be a part of a growing movement that recognises housing as a human right, and wraparound support as a cornerstone of public health and justice reform.

Our team includes education professionals, housing development specialists, experts in recovery and social prescribing, volunteers, and people with lived experience. Together, we are building an ecosystem of hope that welcomes people who face the harshest systemic barriers: ex-offenders, people exiting rehabilitation, those recovering from trauma, and people experiencing chronic homelessness.

We believe in second chances, and third ones too. We know that people heal in community, not in isolation. And we see every tenancy not just as a roof overhead, but as a promise to walk alongside someone, however long that journey takes.

Transforming Housing from Temporary Relief to Long-Term Recovery

Traditional models of emergency and temporary accommodation are no longer fit for purpose. Bed-and-breakfast placements, night shelters, and overcrowded hostels are often chaotic, unsafe, and untherapeutic. They may prevent rough sleeping, but they rarely support long-term progress.

Precision Acres exists to challenge this. Our homes are purpose-built or expertly repurposed to deliver what we call Stability-First Supported Living:

  • High-quality houses and plans for self-contained flats

  • On-site community spaces to encourage connection

  • 24/7 safeguarding and trained support staff

  • Individualised case planning with every resident

  • Integration with our AI-powered wellbeing tool, BeKindd (coming soon, once funded)

This holistic approach reduces reoffending, improves mental health outcomes, boosts independent living skills, and creates the foundation for real reintegration.

Housing and Support That Works Together – Not Apart

Designed For People Who've Been Told "No"

Image20_Comp.jpg

Precision Acres is designed around those who often fall through the cracks:

  • Men and women leaving custody without housing

  • Individuals exiting rehab with no place to go

  • People experiencing homelessness with co-occurring mental health and substance use issues

  • Those excluded from other services due to behavioural or tenancy history

  • Adults leaving unsafe domestic environments

If someone is ready to engage, we are ready to support. We never require people to be "problem-free" before offering housing. We offer stability first, then build recovery on top of it. We believe in harm reduction. In trauma-informed responses. In persistence.

Extra provision is also planned and available for the following:

  • Single people, usually men who need somewhere but are often not deemed high risk.

  • Care Leavers - children who turn 18 are used to the system supporting every need, we want to provide a stable bridge into adulthood and will work with the authorities to help support.

  • Veterans are struggling across the country — we want to make it possible for those veterans from across the UK to have a central housing point of contact with new developments being scoped as we speak to house large groups of veterans in sustainable locations in defined places in the North East of England.

And we always believe in people.

Four Primary Service Delivery Models

All models are underpinned by our core values: Dignity, Safety, Compassion, Progress.

Direct Delivery Properties

Precision Acres owns or leases properties that we operate directly. These are fully managed by our in-house teams and offer 24/7 support on-site. This model provides the highest level of care for high-risk or high-need individuals.

Commissioned Placements (Council/NHS Contracts)

We accept spot placements or block-booked referrals from local authorities and NHS trusts. We work with commissioners to develop bespoke packages of care tailored to specific cohorts (e.g., people discharged from hospital, housing for justice-involved adults, young adults at risk).

Partnership Housing with Local Landlords

We partner with ethical landlords, housing associations, or social investors to manage properties under a management agreement. This allows us to scale quickly and meet demand in high-need areas while upholding our support standards.

Satellite Support Packages

For tenants placed in general needs or transitional housing (e.g., council flats or dispersed units), we offer outreach wraparound packages. This includes weekly home visits, digital support via BeKindd, and access to workshops, drop-ins, and mentoring sessions.

Our Vision Nationwide by 2032

Scaling Ethically, Delivering Quality

We aim to:

  • Operate in six regions of England by 2032

  • Serve over 1,000 individuals per year across all schemes by 2027

  • Develop a national alumni programme of peer mentors by 2028

  • Licence BeKindd to other housing providers and support organisations by Spring 2026

  • Secure multi-year partnerships with four local councils and NHS Trusts by the end of 2025

We don’t want to grow fast. We want to grow right.

Every scheme will maintain high standards, lived experience leadership, and community collaboration. We don’t just build housing. We build movements.
